Five Elements Hostel

I checked in on 25th March, 2024. I left my things in the room. I did not return till 26 March becuase I went to Strasbourg in France, miss my return bus and found myself is Salzburg Austria. By the time I return on 26 March, my name tag has been removed and I have been checked out, my bed re-assigned to another! All my stuff was stolen by an american girl who claimed they were trashed and she took them, really? My panties, a brand new jeans, roll on and supplements I bought. I found 1 bra, 2 tops one was worn by her in her box , and most of the supplement. She claimed a babe trashed them. If this is true, them Five elements is to be held responsible for checking me out without even attempting to call me. I have told my daughter and sister never to use them again. I could have pressed charges but I had a flight to Helsinki the next morning by 11.35am and cannot afford to miss it. I had to travel in the same outfit I had on for 48 hours!!!

Es war schlimmste zeit die ich jemals hatte , stand darauf Parkplatz aber gab es nicht , sogar dusche gab es nicht , sehr sehr schlecht

Didn't feel safe in neighborhood. Had to pay for bedding and then make bed. Charged extra take credit card minimum for bedding charge and key deposit.

It was a great night for Us and Very Pleasant place or Hotel to be.Breakfast was great too It’s just a Walk to the Airport. My Heart could not Contain it.Though it’s was a unfortunate Condition caused by Laufthansa that brought us to the Hotel.

De los mejores Hostel en los que he estado, habitación amplia, con baño y cama muy cómoda. Personal súper amable y a tu disposición siempre, café y té GRATIS, lo cual es un puntazo, si a eso le sumas que me recibieron con un plato de pasta, excelente. La ubicación… barrio rojo de Frankfurt, céntrico e ideal para moverse por toda la ciudad. Si eres de piel fina y cagón no te lo recomiendo, pero ni el hostel ni la ciudad

Io mi sono trovato bene perché cercavo un posto economico vicino alla stazione. Non è un ostello adatto a tutti, se siete persone più o meno paurose o facilmente impressionabili non dovreste venire qua perché si trova in una delle più grandi piazze di spaccio e consumo di droga in europa. La struttura è pulita, lo staff amichevole

Ich war zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, dem Wohlstand, der Zweckmäßigkeit und der Erfüllung der Erwartungen. Die Lage war zentral. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Sono rimasto molto sorpreso, visto il prezzo cosi basso un ottima esperienza. I bagni puliti e funzionanti la doccia pulita e funzionante la reception molto cordiale la colazione a soli 7,5euro molto buona letto comodo con presa corrente e luce, lenzuola pulite e cuscino molto comodo

Frühstück war OK! Kaffee und Tee waren immer da!
