Great hostel in every way except for the neighbours. The location is good in terms of proximity to the main station, but is in the middle of a red light district. Not too bad during the day, but a bad area at night. To reiterate, the hostel itself is great!

The staff is very kindly and the location is near for the station metro.
The location has a lot of drug addicts and as a female traveler I did not feel safe and in the early mornings they make too much trouble, I could not sleep any night. Also inside the hostel there were problems on my floor, people fighting and they tried to open my bedroom. They banged on the door for a couple of hours.

We had a last minute need in Frankfurt and the hostel accept our booking. They were very friendly and had a nice bar. It was only for a few hours to sleep, but has everything we need. The bed is not very comfortable, but it was ok for the price and situation.
The region around Hauptbahnhof is not very safe, so I don’t recommend to walk alone at night.

Totally disgusting. Some people were using room as their long term residency. Ex. Foods on the bed. It was noisy during night 2 drunk girl was laughing and shouting in the corridor. Not helpful receptionist girl, even if i told i have a problem in my foot. Comparatively clean bathroom. Only good thing; couches in the reception.

Nettes Personal, auch sehr nah am Bahnhof und in der Stadt, ich habe aber spontan wegen DB Streiks eine Unterkunft suchen müssen, also war für mich optimal. Trotz des Rotlichtviertels ist die Straße sicher und das Hostel ist sehr sauber!
Ist nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt, denn ich wusste wo das liegt, aber Lärm-technisch ist es nicht optimal.

La ubicación es buena si lo que necesitas es dormir una noche cerca de la estación, ya que está a 1min andando, pero está en el barrio rojo de Frankfurt, la peor zona de la ciudad. El persona es amable y el ambiente está genial, sirven comida, tienen espacios de ocio y en general por lo demás esta bien. El único problema es la ubicación.

Its clean and cheap. There is a kitchen you can put your belongings there and free coffee&tea.
The location is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it for someone traveling alone. It is a much more dangerous area, especially at night. As a woman traveling alone, I was very scared while walking at night and was exposed to men's looks and comments. Pay a little more and choose another hostel.

La ubicación del hostel es muy buena, si es verdad que el barrio en el que está es un poco malo, por la noche no es recomendable ir solo por esas calles. El personal muy amable, nos guardaron las mochilas durante el último día para que pudiésemos visitar la ciudad tranquilamente. Justo al lado hay una calle con un montón de restaurantes y algunos supermercados.
La zona de alrededor no es muy buena.

I had an amazing experience at this hostel. Very approachable and friendly staff members. Entertainment area is nice. Place is heated well(as I stayed there in winter time). In a walking distance from old town and Christmas fair.
