Five Elements Hostel

WiFi wasn’t very good on 3rd floor. Sheets were extra $ and no towel. It’s in a pretty shabby neighborhood, but inside hostel is clean & safe.

Frühstück und Personal sind schlecht - mit Ausnahme der jungen Dame, die mich eingecheckt hat.

The staff were quite abrupt and rude, I assume they deal with a lot of drunk or rude people. We also needed to pay a city tax, bed linen fee per person and a room key deposit upon arrival. We were tired from travelling so didn't question it, although from what I read on Booking.com the room was paid in full online. The beds were also incredibly uncomfortable and creaky. The smallest movement and the bed was so loud, we even picked up the mattress to see if we could fix the slats, but to no avail.

The location could be intimidating to some people. There are many street people in the area and night time may be a bit stressful for some people. I respect the management for warning people about that factor. I was never hassled, but did stay alert on the streets. On the positive side, the closeness of Hauptbahnhof is a big plus.

Though the hostel is near to train station, the location is surrounds with lots of heavy drinkers. As a solo traveler that is the most concern part.

Diese Hotel liegt einbisschen unangenehm. Sieht irgendwie nicht so sicher aus

I liked things in the hostel but there seemed to many people living on the street which was a bit strange. I am not sure what they were smoking!

Too much noise from outside if your room faces the street.

I didn t sleep at the hotel. Paid twice for the booking and received 28 eur only once . 28 eur for this booking have to be refunded.

La ubicación no es muy buena, sin embargo el mismo Hostel lo advierte, es zona Roja

Be extremely careful in the area around the property, lots of homelessness and drug use.
