Five Elements Hostel

Prima hostel, nachtje geslapen. Echt een gezellige hostelsfeer, binnen. Buiten zitten crack te roken en te spuiten. Dat is onaangenaam om te zien, maar geen reden voor angst. Die mensen doen verder geen vlieg kwaad.

O hostel em sí é muito bom, é um excelente custo benef´ício para quem deseja passar poucos dias em Frankfurt, não tenho nada a reclamar.

Leider nimmt das Hostel nun Geld für die Bettwäsche, was das p/l Verhältnis nicht mehr so gut macht, wie es vorher war. Eigentlich ist das Hostel meine liebste station, wenn ich in Frankfurt bin, aber nun muss ich wohl wechseln

Central location. Friendly atmosphere. Efficient staff. Immaculate cleanliness. 5 elements is my favorite hostel in Frankfurt am Main.

Good hostel. They have very nice common areas where you can hang out, relax and meet other travelers. Staff is nice, area is very central. Yes, it is in the red light district and it also feels a bit scatchy the first few meters once u leave the hostel. However this is really a few meters and then u are on a main road and a few meters more and you are out of that scatchy district. I felt alright all the time and would definitely stay there again. It s a great hostel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful while the common space and bar were a great place to chill. The rooms were clean but there were only two showers and toilets per gender per floor (there were around 6-7 rooms in our floor). The area was very central and well connected but it was very shady and full of weird individuals. We did feel a bit uncomfortable but it was a fun experience and according to the hostel it's safe, which it was.
