La situation géographique. Quartier "craignos" mais sentiment sécurisé à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

Me alojé en el 4to piso. Había olor en los espacios comunes. Colchones manchados. La lámpara de mi cama no funcionaba.

This system is giving me a rating of 4.0 but in all honesty I'd give it a 1.5. Location was in the middle of the red light district and staff told me not to go out at night as it wasn't safe, if this is the case then that should be told at the point of booking. The guests in the room had no respect for others, making noise in the middle of the night and staff didn't seem to care too much about others either, ignoring customers. There was also a €1 charge for card payments

The area was shady and a little scary for solo female travellers, but otherwise no complaints

I thnik someone smoked in room

The staff were very unfriendly, unmotivated and lacked any genuine service skills.

Kleine Flecken auf dem Teppich, ist für mich aber kein großes Problem.

Betten selbst zu beziehen ist eigentlich kein Problem. Wenn dann jemand aber spät nachts anreist und das im oberen Bett selber machen muss, wackelt und stört es schon erheblich.

A única coisa a apontar mas não é culpa do alojamento é a localização que por causa de ser bem centrada e perto de tudo ainda se algum barulho das ruas

Le quartier

Es wurde gut und ausreichend kommuniziert, dass das Hostel mitten im Rotlichtviertel liegt. Was dazu kommt dass hier der Drogen Hot Spot von Frankfurt ist. Das muss man wissen um damit umgehen zu können.

The bed was old and not comfortable

Está ubicado en una zona caótica, me sentí algo inseguro.

The bed could have a curtain to make it feel more private, also it is odd that you have to put on the sheets on the bed, mattress and pillow on the check in. Also only one toilet for men and one for women for like 100 guests...

The environment around the hotel is really not good. It was a red light district, and there were a lot of drug addicts, homeless people, and people you wanted to avoid. Throughout my trip, I was worried about when I would enter the hotel and when I would leave. There were always police around. As an additional surcharge, you have to pay a separate 5.50 euro tax fee, a 2 euro card deposit, and a 5 euro deposit per towel. If you pay by card, you also have to pay a tax fee. Considering paying more, I don't know if the hotel is reasonable in terms of cost-effectiveness. It was inconvenient because there were no shelves to put luggage on.

The surrounding or locality was not that great, although they mention it as well, however it feel unsafe to walk in this neighborhood. Won't recommend to stay with family
