Five Elements Hostel

Die angegebenen Preise stimmen nicht, es gibt versteckte Kosten, die bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich sind. Es ist unseriös günstige Preise anzubieten und dann bei Ankunft zusätzliche Kosten zu verlangen

The staff was super friendly, and they hosted cool events to allow other travelers to meet. The city was a little sketchy, so I mostly stayed in the hostel (at the bar) and still had a wonderful time.

Prima hostel. Ligging te midden van gebied vol junks, prostituees en alles wat daarmee samenhangt is niet prettig. Het is de hele nacht niet stil geweest. Dronkemansgelal, gillende sirenes en kapot gegooide flessen..

On est surpris de se retrouver dans une rue avec des drogués… Le personnel est désagréable , impoli. Il y a une forte odeur au dernier étage. Quand j’ai voulu annulé en voyant cela le personnel à refuser de me rendre mon argent. Alors que j’avais une assurance annulation. Finalement j’ai dû revenir le lendemain pour avoir seulement la moitié de mon argent. C’est la honte et je vais m’assurer de diffuser l’information sur les réseaux sociaux.

Close to the train station but the neighbourhood feel unsafe

El Hostel estuvo muy bien, personal amable. El orden y la limpieza no estaba nada mal y en realidad todo se mantuvo bien. Lamentablemente donde está ubicado es una zona roja y realmente como mujer te sientes insegura sin importar la hora, Sólo de consejo, deberían de poner el letrero del Hostel (el nombre) más grande y con un color brillante. Así se puede distinguir de los demás comercios.

Les sanitaires, douches et toilettes, manquent d'aeration : ça sent mauvais. On ne se sent pas en securité dans les douches qui n'ont qu'un rideau comme fermeture, et une vitre quasiment transparente. Dans notre chambre, l'aspirateur n'etait pas passé sous les lits, et les rideaux etaient taches. Autrement, les espaces communs sont plutot agréables, sauf la cuisine, tres petite et sombre.

The street outside is as feral as they say, and the extra charge for bedding on arrival should really be factored into the price. Beyond that, super social good atmosphere hostel, staff are young and cool (shoutout Samantha) and are there whenever you need help. If you aren’t too precious about the location and go out at night with a buddy, it’s genuinely fine.

I would not really recommend here if you are here for a long stay or want to meet people. The placement is REALLY weird in the city (the neighborhood is full of people under drugs and sex workers). However i didn't felt unsafe but absolutely not in the good place. The Hostel feels a little relieving in this place and Franfurt is a beautiful city. However, for more than 2 nights and if you want to meet people i would not really recommend here.

Place looks nice. But filled with bugs. Staff come off okay to begin with but really just use the hostel for themselves and are very exclusive Lots of unwritten rules travellers are expected to know and not much understanding when you make a mistake. Area itself is unsafe as well. Ended up just leaving after the first night.

It really was a great stay in 5 Elements Hostel! Everything was fine, the room, the people, the area is also nice authentic railwaystation charme. Specially the Barbecue together with the happy hour was a great opportunity to meet nice people. I would definitely come back!

Buenas instalaciones, el único tema es el entorno, pero no es culpa del hostel. Pero mi hermana temia salir sola de ahí.

Su fuerte es el ambiente y la cercanía a la estación central y las conexiones. A mejorar quizás explicar mejor a los nuevos huéspedes dónde está cada cosa (se supone que hay espacio para cocinar, pero yo no lo encontré) y en las plantas y baños comunes no hay ventilación y los olores y la humedad se acumulan... Conviene indicar que además de estar en el barrio rojo, todo el barrio está lleno también de drogodependientes, las calles están sucias y huele todo a pis y heces...
