Great staff, very social but still laid back atmosphere.

Loved my stay here! The staff were really attentive and made the space feel really welcoming. The selection of complimentary teabags were lovely. The social space was a good vibe, full of travellers looking to have a low-key, but fun night. The rooms were clean and the facilities were good! Not in the historic centre of town, but a short tram to the attractions. Instead, this hostel is in the far buzzier part of town.

Absolutely loved my time here. Staff do a great job in letting you know what is around and what you can do. Also the common areas are inviting so easy to meet people and hang out. Perfect location and comfy beds. Only thing that could be better would be more fans in room or AC but unless it is middle of summer it is not too bad.

Very kind staff, nice people, nice atmosphere in the evening in the common area. There are also nice bars and restaurants nerby.

Fantastic hostel, amazing staff (shout out to the lovely Emma!) and they have so many great recommendations with maps and things to do you could spend so long enjoying all Dresden hidden gems. Lovely atmosphere as it’s a bit of a smaller hostel everyone is closer and so easy to mingle in the kitchen and common areas. Felt safe as solo female traveller, lovely location in the artsy district, even though it’s a walk to the old town its much better location then being right in the touristy bit.

Wij hebben in het appartement van het Hostel overnacht, ligt in dezelfde straat. Een super uitgangspunt om Dresden te verkennen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en konden onze rugzakken alvast achterlaten. Dus heerlijk naar de stad geweest en later volledig ingechecked. Ruim appartement geschikt voor 6 personen, wij waren met 4. Goede douche. Het trappenhuis was wat gehorig, maar niet veel last van gehad. Zeker een aanrader!

Great social atmosphere with regular trips organized by the staff, overall one of the coolest places I've been. The location is right next to a nightlife street and had a good atmosphere without being too loud. In the morning cofee is available for free. The room and bathroom were a bit more on the "rustic" and "novelty side", not the overall best, but clean enough. Overall would recommend for the social atmosphere.

Great hostel in Dresden. I really appreciated the great service from Juliana. My one complaint is that there are not enough fans in the rooms. Overall, great hostel!

Amazing social hostel with super volonteers who plan a great activity every night!

It's a nice hostel with relatively big rooms (based on my stay in a 6p female dorm) and kind and knowledgeable staff. I only experienced one of their 'events' which was a free dinner, that was nice to socialize with others (food nothing special but just great that there was a cooked meal for free!). The hostel had a common living room and kitchen (no bar what I usually have seen in hostels), and there are many nice restaurants and bars in the area.

If you want to meet other travellers, go out together and enjoy a lovely atmosphere, this is the place! Also amazing staff and volunteers :) The rooms have personality and I appreciated the little curtains around the beds.

Eine meiner besten Hostel-Erfahrungen! Das Lollis Homestay war extrem sauber, total süß eingerichtet und die Mitarbeitenden waren alle wirklich super super nett! Außerdem habe ich ein kostenloses Upgrade in einen kleineren Schlafsaal erhalten. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen! 🧡

It's one of the best hostel in dresden. I stayed in alot of hostel but here it's the best hostel wonderful staff's and beautiful design in the hostel. This is what you call golden hostel. A huge shout out for juliane, she was lovely and kind person ❤️. She gave me a postcard as a gift. Before I leave you with anything, this hostel is a must visit to see for yourself what is the big massage behind all of it.

Lollis Homestay was a nice hostel! The atmosphere was social, the staff were nice, and the place was very cute.

the staff were so so kind and helpful, you could tell that actually cared, lots of events planned by volunteers that you can attend, was there during a heatwave and they really made sure to warn us, give us tips and generally seemed to care about our safety

Staff super friendly and lovely, great location, minutes from pubs, supermarkets and cute parks. The free dinner was so lovely, the kitchen was well equipped. would love to come back

Great hostel with lovely staff. The surrounding area is lively with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. It’s also conveniently next to a big park which is nice for relaxing in when the sun is shining. It’s a social rather than party hostel. I had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Dresden.

Un hostal pequeño pero con un equipo muy atento y preparado para recibir huéspedes, las actividades para socializar que se organizan están perfectas para romper el hielo y hacer amigos, así como las cenas en grupo.

A slight walk from most of the city/things to do but secure and the staff was extremely welcoming. Very homey room and a full size school locker for each guest which was nice. Clean and there is a small kitchen available which was also good. I didn’t have the breakfast but it looked pretty standard as well.

This is my favorite hostel I’ve stayed in! It was so easy to meet everyone at the free dinner. The common area and kitchen is super cozy so everyone gets to know each other and it really feels like a community. Everyone who works there is lovely, I especially got to know Ines. Plus, game nights! Perfect stay

Had an amazing stay at Lollis Homestay! Staff was really freidnly and helpful. Beds, rooms and showes etc. Were very clean and the hostel has a very genuine decoration style. Neustadt is a nice place to meet people.

This was the most hostel-y hostel we`'ve stay at in a while and it was amazing! The only caveat was that the bedroom we were in wasn't that clean (possibly more due to the other humans staying there than the hostel itself...), but the staff was so sweet and kind, the hostel is in a PERFECT location in the New Town close to a train station to be able to easily access the train to hiking trails in Boheminan Switzerland, and they bathrooms/showers were very clean..

Most comfortable beds and pillows ever!! Love the vibe, and it’s in a great area:) (a bit far from the center but the public transport works well)

It is not advertised clearly that the bathroom is shared with about 10 people or more (I booked the 6 bed women's) which I wasn't pleased about. They were clean enough but awkward to use as it is a really one large bathroom with partitions up around the toilet and showers to enable multiple users. There are curtains which are nice and the kitchen has everything you need. It is a very social hostel but not great if you want some peace as it is right next to a very noisy bar. Lovely staff.

Was amazing, the volunteers that were working when I was here were super friendly and got us organized to do all sorts of fun activities like games and karaoke at a local bar. Will stay again!

Amazing place to stay with very helpful staff who are full of information about area and things to do. The trek to the third floor was a long one, but they’re not shy about advising this and I knew what I was getting into with an old German building. Would definitely recommend!

Great hostel in the lively area of Dresden-Neustadt. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station, so very convenient to get around and travel daily to Saxon Switzerland National Park. I met a bunch of cool and kind people in the dorm I was staying in, and the hostel staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, so I highly recommend it.

Good place to stay for a night, I was in a 6 person room and I really liked the rustic bunk beds. I didn’t like the shower facilities as they weren’t very private and the doors were see-through. Cool vibe.

Toller Aufenthalt, kann ich empfehlen! + Super Gegend + Super Ausstattung (in der Küche gibt es alles!) + Sauber + Zumeist freundliche Mitarbeitende (manche waren etwas unaufmerksam) Leider knarzen die Betten. Wenn man das Stockbett mit einer rücksichtsvollen Person teilt, geht es, aber in meiner letzten Nacht hatte ich Pech und konnte wegen dem Geknarze nicht gut schlafen.

Definitely the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Germany. It actually feels like a hostel, not a hotel. It has a comfortable, inviting common room with board games and reading chairs, a small intimate kitchen which has everything you need including cooking oil. The staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable with large enough lockers. It’s in a great location next to a lively park and only a 2 minute walk from the nearest grocery store. Highly recommend.

The showers feel a bit old but the rest is amazing. Right in the middle of the Neustadt
