Outstanding hostel, great place for backpackers

Super tolles und sehr gemütliches Hostel. Man fühlt sich ab dem ersten Moment sofort zuhause und wird von den Mitarbeiten direkt willkommen geheißen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, man hat alles, was man bedönigt. Es gibt Hostel eigene Veranstaltungen, wie Free Dinner und Karaoke Abende. Ich habe noch am 1. Tag gleich richtig tolle Leute getroffen aus der ganzen Welt. Ich würde das Hostel jederzeit wieder buchen ! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

One of my favourite experiences at a hostel. The hostel itself is great, first hostel room I was in that had a balcony. But what stood out were the people, like Juliana, very genuine and very friendly. I will be coming back to Dresden for sure, and staying here. I ended up staying 3 days longer than planned!

Leider wars ein wenig leer ausserhalb der Hauptsaisson. Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut spitze und haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Ich war Anfang April in Lollis Homestay für zwei Nächte. Die drei Tage dort waren die besten, die ich bisher in europäischen Hostels verbracht habe. Für alle, die ein soziales Hostel suchen, in dem man feiern und ausgehen kann (und nicht muss) und in dem man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt, ist das genau richtig. Das Personal war ganz toll, der Volunteer Matt hat uns ein hervorragendes (kostenloses) Hostel Dinner gezaubert und Zimmer / Bäder waren immer sauber und ordentlich. Ich komme wieder :)

Wow Mega, danke für den Aufenthalt Lockere Stimmung, 1A Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Hostel wurde mir vorher gezeigt, eine offene Küche gibt es ebenfalls und auch kostenlosen Kaffee und diverse Tee‘s. Wenn es nach Dresden geht komme ich sehr gerne wieder

The staff are excellent. The place is clean. Some small inconveniences, not unusual for a hostel, and none worth mentioning. Good value for money. Lots for food, drink, and entertainment options around. Or you can just get sozzled with the locals in the park nearby!

Very nice and unique property with character. Clean and safe with full kitchen. Plenty of activities and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes gemütliches Hostel, mit total freundlichen Mitarbeitenden. Es werden regelmäßig durch Volunteers Gruppenaktivitäten geplant, u.a. wird Sonntag Abends für alle Gäste kostenloses Essen gekocht. Die Zimmer und die waren okay, nichts besonderes. Das Bad ist auch in Ordnung, es gibt Einzel Duschen mit Trennwänden in einem großen Badezimmer nur für Frauen. Zum Duschen reicht es. Das Hostel überzeugt durch die Super Lage in der Dresdner Neustadt und die gemütliche Deko.

Favourite hostel I’ve stayed in so far. Lovely staff and events. Good social atmosphere with games available. A wall with suggestions on walking routes in the city and great instructions for hikes in the Saxon Switzerland National park. Really nice, homely place.

Very homely, communal atmosphere with kind, informative staff. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back stay.

Confused by high ratings. Only place in all my travels where they hand you the linen to put on the bed yourself... Lacks service and website is severely outdated to what they say the offer and provide. And on the expensive side and staff aren't very helpful. Also, place wreaks of weed. The rooms, hallways, and bathrooms all stink of it. Maybe try elsewhere in Dresden.

Had a lovely experience a month ago staying at Lollis Homestay in Dresden. The staff was very welcoming and warm. The decor in the rooms were more like a conventional hostel rather than the commonly found commercial ones. Washrooms were clean.

Great location. Very small but cozy hostel. Staff is amazing and just good environment all around. Highly recommend.

You cannot say anything else about that hostel besides: lovely :D The staff is super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is great (you will immediately make friends) and the basics, like cleanliness and safety, are also fine. 10/10 would recommend

I will highly recommend to stay in this hostel. The hostel have volunteers who organizes multiple activities which are worth your time. And 2 days a week there is free dinner. Loved my stay here!!

A hippy place to stay that fits in perfectly with the local artsy neighborhood. There was free coffee and hot tea and not having to arrange for everyone to be in one bedroom was appreciated. The room was dimly lit which was good for sleeping!

Absolutely wonderful hostel, incredibly friendly and open staff. Communal kitchen with everything you would need to cook, lots of fridge space, crates for non-fridge items, and markers and tape for labeling. Dorm rooms are clean and every bunk has curtains. Communal sitting area is cozy and inviting.Very easy to get to the tram to get to the city centre. I 100% recommend this hostel for anyone traveling to Dresden, I will definitely stay again next time im in the city.

Excellent hostel! I had a nice five bed dorm, no bunk beds... Great. Very friendly receptionists, lots of activities organised, free glühwein, tea and tiramisu, beautifully decorated, clean, safe... :-) it's hard to mention things I didn't like. If i have to complain about something: the bed was a bit hard (but that's very personal), it's a bit far from the old town and the train station due to the nice location in Neustadt with the Kunsthofpassage around the corner and due to the location you might hear music/bass from the bars around the corner. But that's minor details, I would definitely recommend Lollis to social travellers.

+Freundlicher Empfang, alles sehr sauber, lebendiges Quartier -unbequeme Matratzen, hellhörig, in meinem Zimmer gab es keine Vorhänge für die Betten (keine Privatsphäre)

I didn't know what to expect (my trip was a last-minute decision, so I didn't really do any research), but I was so pleasantly surprised! The place itself looks really cool, kinda punky and alternative but also cozy and home-like. The staff, volunteers and other guests were also super lovely. I thought it was just going to be a place to sleep, but I ended up having a great time playing board games and charades with a bunch of people I've never met! If I ever come back to Dresden I know where to stay. :) Thanks!

Alles war gut

It's a very nice hostel with an eclectic and original vibe. The staff was helpful and it was easy to connect with other travelers. It's a bit further away from the old town, but the tram station is nearby.

Nice smaller hostel, met some good friends there and had a good time!

Best hostel I’ve stayed at! Great location and super cozy - I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Loved the social activities and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Very clean too. Thank you for a great stay!!

This isnt like the Instagram posts or pretty car photos its nice still but thats fake. I booked months in advance and didnt see anything like that. vibes and people were very solid i liked it. The kitchen waaaay to small nearly impossible to cook without bumping into someone. The bunk bed i had was pretty bad it was a matters just threw on a wooden after though. The small dangerously cramped and you had to unplug the light to plug your phone in. Its okay wouldntwouldntwouldn't stay too long

Laid back and friendly staff. Comfortable furniture and homey capability. I easily started up card games with the folk staying there. There were also fun events held to sing karaoke and go on tours. This hostel’s hospitality left me with an experience unlike any other hostel. I only planned on staying one night but ended up deciding to stay for three. They accidentally cooked too much on the free meal night so I was living cheap with left-overs. I couldn't be thankful enough. Great music, too ;)

Super auberge, personnel très gentil et accueillant ! L'ambiance dans l'auberge est très agréable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Emplacement au top. Seul bémol : isolation phonique dans la rue !

Nothing to write home about but a solid spot in Dresden. Wouldn’t stay for more than a few nights
