Lollis Homestay Hostel

A great hostel that really facilitates meeting other travellers. There's a cozy living room, social events, and a free dinner twice a week. More hostels should be like this, it makes staying there that much more fun. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hostel itself looks & feels very welcoming and is situated in a nice part of Dresden.

An amazing hostel!!! Super cute and cozy and you feel right at home! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, with events in each night. I was lucky enough to be there for one of their weekly vegan dinners which was super delicious! The rooms are spacious with lots of character and have curtains for privacy! Great location too! Highly recommend!

Lollis Homestay has a great value for money, with a lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff. On Wednesday they offered free dinner, it was a great time to meet new people. Common areas are clean. Well located, safe area at night.

The hostel is located in Neustadt (which is my favorite part of the city), the beds have curtains but no electric outlets, there were only two showers and one toilette for the whole floor and the bathroom on the first floor only has a few further of each. There are activities all the time and even free hostel dinners twice a week

Honestly perfect. I’m a solo female traveller and from the moment I walked through the door the staff were super friendly. Slept incredibly well because of the curtains around the beds, and everyone I met was lovely. Definitely do their new and old town walks that they provide for free. I can’t recommend Lollis enough.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at, and I'm 50, so stayed in a few. Exactly how you'd expect a hostel to be. People chatting, not glued to their phones, a chance to speak to people from all over the globe. The staff are just amazing, more like friends, and go to great lengths to make sure you feel so welcome, and encourage you to take part in city walks etc. I'm not one to name names, but I chatted to so many people there, but I feel I have to mention Jake and Valentine (guests) who had a profound effect on my thinking for the future, thanks guys. All in all, I actually nearly got weepy when I was walking to the station after I checked out. I'll be back, there's no point in me continuing to travel, this is where I will be spending my down time. Oh, and they have free bicycles available!! Unbelievable x

Best hostel ever! The rooms are so lovely, calm and spacious (just like the whole hostel), prices are very cheap for Germany and the staff +voluntaries are really welcoming and helpful. There is a daily social activity and a Telegram group to suggest/join excursions or anything you want. You've got privacy in the rooms thanks to small curtains and get your own keys and locker for the security (you can buy a padlock if needed). The free dinners on Sunday and Wednesday are also a big plus. Long story short: I don't see any room for improvement, this hostel is just PERFECT ???? (except maybe the bathrooms but they're still okay).
