Het was best wel vies en ze zeggen dat ze een keuken hebben, maar tegelijkertijd hebben ze echt niks voor in de keuken. Vaak was er helemaal geen bestel, kommetjes of borden, waardoor het lastig was om voor jezelf te koken. Daarnaast was het persooneel niet echt verwelkomend en is het hostel heel massaal, waarbij mensen niet echt met elkaar praten. Dus voor solo travailers is het niet echt een goed hostel. Daarnaast is het ook in de badkamers best wel vies

It was a nice capsule but when we booked it on the website it said it was a double private room. We only found out that it was a capsule when we arrived.

The staff were rude when we first got there and looking at us like aliens when we asked a question and the pod rooms looked nothing like the pictures as they were completely different pods, the bathrooms never looked like they have been cleaned and smelt so bad all the time. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

This hostel has a great feel about it. The reception staff aren't always in the best mood (the night staff are friendlier) but the hostel is well-kept, clean and the pods were great. I stayed for 5 nights in a pod during summers wheb days reached 30 and nights were cold and I loved the pods. Very secure, small usb fans inside, a light and a double bed--so it was plenty of space for a solo male traveller. The pods only have USBC and USB charging ports inside FYI. Overall really good.

I loved my stay here in a four bed style mixed room and felt very safe. In room luggage storage and free coffee at the reception. There was a €20 deposit that you get back on return. The only downside is the extremely squeaky top bunk and the shower having a shower curtain and not a lockable door. To shower you can lock the main bathroom door locking off the sink, toilet and shower but as there is so few bathrooms someone may be waiting for u to be done. And breakfast is €10 if you wanted it.

the staff were brilliant, BUT I stayed in a pod, I have stayed in other pods before with no issues but this one had no airflow and was unbelievably hot, I woke up covered in sweat and had to leave the door open (it wasn’t hot weather) because of this, someone tried to get into my pod at 5am, I was scared and had to close the door. Also as a frequent traveler the guests didn’t have hostel etiquette, they slammed doors, shouted all times of night like it was their own personal hotel room.

check in timing is pathetic, if someone comes tired don't go they won't let you check-in before 2pm although there is no check-in timing mentioned at time of booking.

I stayed in a pod and it was clean. The locker outside was big enough to fit my 55liter backpack. There was whatsoever NO air flowing in to the pod so I had to sleep with the door open = felt kinda unsafe since there was a rather weird clientele at the hostel. Lots of men of the more creepy type. And they were loud all night. Kitchen was ok, dishes not clean tho. The showers didn’t really have any privacy besides shower curtains, and a man came in there (to the ladies) when i was changing.

Convenient location. However, there is no air conditioning at the hostel (which was miserable at the tail end of the heat wave), and the "pods" have rather poor ventilation, only a tiny fan in the corner facing up that does not help cool them. I often slept with the door open.

fantastic hostel!! front desk staff was very nice and helped fix an issue that occurred with booking. my dorm also had a very nice balcony with a good view.

The bathrooms were a bit dirty, the beds were extremely squeaky it was awful. When you arrive you have to make your own bed. There’s no AC which is a nightmare in summer.

Had no handsoap in our bathroom, but free tea and coffee and great shared showers, and a big garden smoking area from the kitchen. Also close to a big supermarket

The bathroom to guest ratio is terrible, this meant the toilets stank and were disgusting 90% of the time. staff were pleasant at best but wouldn’t go out of their way to help you. ridiculous having to pay €20 deposit for key cards and bed linens. wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Mein Flug wurde gestrichen, weshalb ich einen Tag später anreisen musste. Ich habe die Unterkunft rechtzeitig telefonisch darüber informiert. Als ich ankam, wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass mein bereits bezahltes Bett weitergegeben wurde und ich mir eine neue Unterkunft suchen müsse. Ich finde es unverständlich, dass ein bezahlter Schlafplatz trotz vorheriger Benachrichtigung einfach vergeben wird. Statt einer Lösung wurde ich vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt. Sehr unprofessionell.

great spot this. Very well situated, has a goood atmosphere, also for a 70+ ! Love those capsules, helps me calm down so well. My advice: Install fans even in the older, small ones. So we can also COOL down there. Staff aeays so kind &helpful.

Very warm

The hostel was unbelievably hot and uncomfortable. You get what you pay for kind of situation. The staff were really nice. Not social at all. No air conditioning or ventilation at all in the pods.

- Room smelled - Bathrooms are dingy, although nice to have a full room shower in - Kitchen facilities not sufficient for number of people in hostel - Kitchen also not overly clean

Nice facilities but bathrooms were almost always unclean, especially the floors. Nice location and helpful staff.

Really good hostel stayed in room 411 and got what was pretty much a penthouse suite with our own balcony.

Fantastic location! Capsules are spacious and plenty of liggage storage is offered, but the capsules can get quite hot. Staff always friendly and willing to help!

Great location and staff super helpful. Kitchen not in great condition and labelled food stolen from fridge. Very good price though and would stay again

Very simple, welcoming hostel. The rooms feel a bit bare, as the room is a bit small and bunks lack curtains, but fellow hostel stayers were cordial and nothing went wrong.

Both bathrooms on our floor were grim, and obviously hadn't been cleaned. The water from the showers didn't drain and was yellow. The windows don't open in the bedroom, which meant the rooms were hot and smelt. Would not recommend this hostel

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, kostenloser Kaffee, coole Musik und eine Bar mit leckerem Bier. Eine besondere Möglichkeit zur Übernachtung in Schlafkapseln- super Erfahrung! Immer wieder gern! Herzliche Grüße

None of the bathrooms had soap which is a little gross. The beds were so creaky, and the mattress was so thin I could feel the bars. The pillows were basically non existent and you had to make the bed up yourself which sucks on the top bunks. Also the top bunk has no outlet so you can’t charge your phone. The key card deposite you don’t get back on credit card which is really inconvenient.

Good but bare bones. No privacy curtains on the beds, or individual charger sockets. Make and strip your own sheets. Generally clean, location is good, safe and central for transport but not many supermarket/grocery stores nearby. Have to use keycard 3 times to get to the room (good).

Cool spot in a great place, with a courtyard and my top floor room even had a huge balcony! Pretty decent kitchen but fix the oven. Rooms NEED bigger lockers or under bed storage lockers! Good value for where it is and what you get.

Private capsules are okay to sleep in, bathrooms were fairly clean but there were only three toilets for over 80 beds (capsules). Wouldn't recommend to solo female travellers.

Из недостатков - отсутствие полотенец и недостаточное количество туалетных комнат. Из положительного - цена очень доступная, хорошее местоположение, удобная транспортная развязка. Если будет необходимость, готова ещё раз воспользоваться услугами данного хостела.

Bathrooms are usually quite dirty due to many using them. The pod I stayed in didn’t have any ventilation so I had to sleep with the door open in a very trafficked area (the ground floor area). Overall nice helpful staff, and good value for money.

We enjoyed staying at Heart of Gold, staff were very helpful and we had a nice room. As a big Douglas Adams fan it was great to stay! Neill, Bristol, UK

Gostámos muito do espaço, tem uma localização excelente e as cápsulas eram confortáveis! No entanto a cozinha era um pouco limitada (pouca loiça e talheres).

Éjszaka ellopták néhány cuccomat. Az ajtók nagyon hangosan, csapódva csukódnak. Reggel ezert nem nagyon lehet tovább aludni.

The price/quality ratio is very good. I would only change the curtains, as the light enters the room too early.

The capsules were not soundproof at all! you could hear EVERYTHING, even what people were talking about inside other capsules. There was only 1 shower and toilet shared by 20–30 people, which was far too little, and you couldn’t use the toilet while someone was showering. There were also no lockers for large backpacks. The younger male receptionist was arrogant. I will never come back there.

Nous avons réservé une chambre à 2 lits simple et tout était très bien. Je recommande cette auberge de jeunesse.

Pods were clean on arrival, however some of the bathroom facilities weren’t available until the last half of our stay meaning wait times were slightly longer than expected. Once fixed though it was pleasant. Didn’t use the kitchen facilities.

Bathrooms were broken for half of the time that I was there, and even when they were all open, there weren't enough of them. Stayed in a capsule and thought that was great, though.

It was amazing. A little bit loud after 10pm but I still slept good. The capsuls are sooo great 10/10 for them. They have an ventilation in it which is needed and works sooo good. Stayed there during may and it good sweaty in there but on a normal level, don't think I would stay during prime summer temperatures in a capsule though. I can highly recommend to dtay in this hostel. The employers are really thankful.

Nice hostel to stay in for a few days but the atmosphere wasn’t so pleasing and the bathrooms were not clean(during my stay, maybe its different for everyone).

Good hostel. Keycard didn’t work very well and had to be replaced multiple times a day. Staff were quite cold and rude. However the room was spacious and there were enough bathrooms. Good location and alright price for the money. The pillows are terrible. Has a lift which is good and can get a hairdryer for a deposit. Lockers in room but they wouldn’t fit a backpack and need your own lock.
