Clean and comfortable place with very friendly and helpful staff for a decent price in a great location. It’s everything I would expect from a hostel. When I feel like I would like more, I will choose a hotel and even there we get different star ratings. What was not said when I booked, the €10 deposit that I got back in cash when I gave back the key so no issues with that.

The location only
No curtain to block sunlight, too many people inside the room, so you would never have comfortable sleep. The linens were not clean. The wooden floor and the big door add to the noise. Toilets are limited and sometimes not cleaned properly. The access card was not working all the time, so you have to constantly approach the receptionist.

The service of the staff was impecable.
At the moment of the reservation, they made us think that the rooms were up to max 6-8 people. In the description they gave us they just put “mixed bunked beds” and the photos of that room were 3-4 bunked beds. When we got there, there were 12 bunked beds in a room. It wasn’t the expectation we had.

Localização boa, bom custo benefício
O quarto não era muito bem aquecido, a roupa de cama também não era muito quente e visualmente nos sentimos um pouco num hospital psiquiátrico (mas tudo bem!).

Not my first time staying here. Staff was excellent and quick! As I got to know the city transportation better, this is super convenient place in terms of communication matters. Beer is reasonably priced at bar. There are some kiosks nearby in case you need something.
Sure, our sleep time was just a few hours, but I guess it's still enough for a review.
Squeeky beds, only that.

The room was clean, but some of the sheets had some stains. The location was pretty good, super close to the main monuments. We didn't have breakfast but it was available for 10€/px.
The beds were comfy but no curtains.

Huoneessa oli pienet, lukittavat lokerot. Sujuva asiakaspalvelu. Keittiössä oli liesi, mikro ja riittävästi jääkaappitilaa.
Missään ei ollut käsisaippuaa. Välillä vessapaperi loppui käytävän kaikista vessoista. Huoneesta siivottiin lähinnä keskilattia ja nurkat olivat pölyisiä. Suihku olisi kaivannut hieman pesua.

The luggage storage at the reception is not safe. Noisy guests but that is not the fault of the staff.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit ÖPNV bestens erreichbar, trotzdem in ruhiger Nebenstraße.
Geräumiges 6-Bett-Zimmer
Ausreichend Gemeinschaftsduschen
Gutes Frühstück
Wenig Steckdosen im Schlafsaal.
Nur ein Deckenlicht, keine Einzelleuchten am Bett.

Sanitair is gedeeld met de gang dus vaak lang wachten 's morgens vooraleer je naar het toilet kan. Er waren 2 douches waarvan 1 kapot was dus zeker niet ideaal om met zoveel mensen te delen!

La sala de espera
El check in es una hora muy tarde, sobre todo para viajeros que llegamos temprano hay que esperar hasta las 4:00 p.m. pero en general es bueno.
