Loved the giant Berliner Bears space, simplicity & the clever people this hostel attracted in Mitte Berlin. Wonderful nights spent with staff, talking with Brendan a fellow American German music tour afficiando was my highlight! Ask Brendan anything, he's very funny, fascinating life of adventures & helped bring out shy visitors stories and love of music! Berlin let's people shine, so being in the centre of Humboldt University, German Parliament and Museum Island, made me dream of coming back to study! Heart of Gold Team managed my stay be safe, filled with coffee & long breakfast with dark cherries yum! Thanks to Tom, for converting my chaotic travel change at last minute!

The guy at the reception was a young guy named Elias- or something similar. He was so cool and kind with all the things I asked him. Any hostel or business should be proud of having such an employee.

Everything for the money paid is good except for the drawings in the room (which in my case are personally unnecessary).

Personal ist sehr nett und Gepäckablage ist problemlos möglich. Es gibt auch Schließfächer für Wertsachen. Der Aufenthaltsraum und Innenhof sind sehr nett und es gibt kostenlosen Tee/ Kaffee. Es ist immer jemand da, mam fühlt sich nie alleine. Im Zimmer gibt es einen dunklen Blackout- Vorhang.

El buen trato personal, la buena comunicación en Español con los empleados, su amabilidad, la limpieza, la ubicación y las conexiones con el resto de la ciudad, volveria encantado.

The hostel is located in the very center of Berlin. The rooms are spacious and clean, as well as the other facilities like restrooms and showers. Other travelers are respectful and try to be quiet and not bother each other, which is pretty important when you sleep all together in one room. The staff is super helpful and friendly! All in all, an amazing opportunity to not spend much money on staying over in the ?? of Berlin! Thank you guys!! I will come back!

The location was good in relation to the touristic atractions. We had our own shower in the room which was also good, and we had a private room with 2 beds which was also good.

Die Lage ist sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist extremst freundlich!

Es la segunda vez en este hostal! Es el mejor en el que eh estado, y el mejor de berlin, se los aseguro, el personal es muy generoso ,comprensivo, y flexible.??

Este alojamiento está bien ubicado y cerca de varias zonas de interés.

Es handelt sich um ein Hostel, man weiß also, worauf man sich einstellen muss. Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbäder waren sauber. Dafür, wie sich einige Gäste "benehmen", was Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten betrifft, kann das Hostel nichts. Es wird auf jeden Fall versucht, alles in Ordnung zu halten. Das Zimmer war schlicht, zum Schlafen reichte es allemal aus. Das Frühstück war gut, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das durchweg englisch sprechende Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Hostel gefällt uns vor allem die tolle Lage in der Nähe der Friedrichstraße. Auch der Preis ist gut. Wir haben wieder dort gebucht:-)
