There weren't enough electricity outlets in the 6-people room.

no soap in bathrooms (any bathrooms on level 1), bathrooms consistently smelt despite being cleaned, did not look clean

Cleanliness Cleanliness is a disaster...will take their own sweet time to even replace toilet paper which finished at 0900 h *Politeness Staff...no policy on politeness... someone is good ...someone is cranky *Bathroom If a person is bathing...can't use the washroom and the washbasin... Shower runs for 15 seconds and stops...it's stupid... *Comfort Beds are shaky...felt I will stumble from the top even if one changes position while sleeping... Barely enough room for 4 in 1 dorm to move around Not a great place to meet people. The courtyard has a lot of noise even if it's closed at 10 pm.

La cama, estuvo bastante incómoda, el tamaño es aceptable pero la comodidad se puede mejorar. La limpieza del baño común también podría mejorar.

Rude dorm mates. My bed got taken on my first day and I had to find another bed. I am male and didn't know that the room was going to be mixed. I had 10 females travellers in my room on one day. Overall the hostel was very poor. There was no soap in the toilets and the room wasn't very nice. The breakfast was terrible and I paid 10 euros.

There was a warning lastered all over the hostel about no noise between 22 and 8. But every night there were literally screams outside and the staff did nothing. It didn't bother me, because I sleep with earmuffs. But you either have a rule and enforce it or don't advertise the rule. No airconditioning, when it's almost 30 then it's a must.
