C'est un grand hôtel et il ne ressemble pas au photo. La cuisine est donc trop petite pour le nombre de personnes présentes

es fehlt eine ausreichende Schallisolierung - ich konnte Geräusche und Trittschall aus Fluren und Nachbarzimmern sehr deutlich hören aber besonders nervig war ein/e NachbarIn, die nachts um 3 Uhr irgendwelche Aufräumarbeiten oder Spiele oder Spaziergänge im Zimmer gemacht hat; dadurch wurde der sonst durchaus gute Gesamteindruck meines Aufenthaltes erheblich beeinträchtigt ( letzteres nicht zwingend dem Hostel anzulasten)

One of the guests in my room thought of using showers and washing machines as optional. Apparently for weeks. But that is not the hotels fault, I guess. Lockers are way on the small side. I would next time choose a hostel with a locker that fits my whole backpack.

Stinky smell in the room, small rooms

I was a bit surprised that the included bathroom was a half-bathroom without a toilet. It was not a big problem, but would've been better if that was more clear when I booked the property.

I stayed in a single room with a shower (no toilets on it) and a shared bathroom. I'm not sure how many people were on my floor, but it was clear that the number of toilets was not enough, as whenever I tried to go to the bathroom it was busy and I had to wait for it. This gave me a clear idea that there was not enough for everyone. Also, cleanliness is not their strong point.... bathroom was constantly dirty with a strong smell, very messy and also wet from people using the shower and leaving everything around a mess, and the mattress, pillow and duvet were quite old with a clear sign of usage (after putting the pillow case and sheets it was okay to use it). Also, I can say they might not have enough cleaners because of this mess that I saw. If staying here, I would recommend taking a bedroom with a shower (and if available with a toilet as well), just to avoid this issue I had.

Those who entered and quit the room during the night was not careful about the noise.
