We were assaulted by a member of staff one morning as we slept. I was sleeping, and the cleaning girl came in and rapped on my head with her knuckles to wake me up. She then went over to my friend and shook her awake to tell us to put the white sheets on our duvet. They provide sheets, but you have to put them on yourself. She stood over us and told us we had 10 minutes to put the covers on, whilst we were still half asleep, after physically waking us. The girl said her boss told her she had to do that to wake people up to put the covers on, and she was scared of her boss. I went to the night guy that evening to complain and he said he wasn't surprised the girl said the manager told her to do that. He said he would pass on our complaint. In the morning we went to the manager to complain and she had no idea what we were talking about because the night guy didn't pass it on. After a discussion with the manager, she was more interested in complaining to us that people don't put the covers on the beds and they get soiled. At this point, the cleaners should just make the beds if it's going to result in assaulting guests as they sleep. The big dorm room is very open and of very poor quality. Squeaky beds, very bright because there's a window that spans the entire room. There's plugs only in the corner of the room so you have to watch your things while you charge them. I want a full refund for this abysmall stay.

El precio del desayuno está un poco elevado. El mecanismo de las cerraduras es muy ruidoso, te despierta. La cocina solo tiene dos hornallas para todo el hostel.

Mega dorm hadde ingen privatliv. Mye støy da det ene rommet er inngang til det andre samt de fleste toalett og dusj fasiliteter.

Die Türen waren sehr laut! Ab 7 Uhr morgens konnte man eigentlich nicht mehr schlafen, weil ständig Türen laut ins Schloss gefallen sind.

Es gab nur eine Dusche für 20+ Leute, die zweite war kaputt.

Estaba viejo todo. Las sabanas y la cama horrible. No sé molestan ni en enseñarte cual es la estancia y tu cama. Los baños muy viejos. Mucho ruido en el patio. Ventanas abiertas por arriba que deja pasar ruido y frío.

No maybe when you are 16 years old and you don’t care. But common. The shower stops ever 6 secondes. You have to push the button every time. Not even hot water but luke warm . No hooks in the shower or a shelf. The room what can I say. There are beds and lockers that’s it. No lamps at he bed or a shelf or a curtain . No electricity. Mine was not working so I could not charge my phone. 6 people and 1 electricity to share. No hooks to hang cloths. The beds crack a lot!!! So noisy. Im happy that i didn’t book more than 2 nights. Just to sleep and shower but that’s not even good enough. The bed not comfortable my back hurt entire day. And people very loud in the room and without the lights at the beds it’s impossible to find ur way in the room. Many teenagers.

La primera noche estuve en una habitación de 8 camas y el baño estaba sucio, pero al día siguiente me pasé al de 4 camas y ese piso tenia los baños limpios el tiempo que me quedé.

The kitchen would get locked at night so it was difficult to get my food if I was hungry late. On the day of my checkout, the staff took my food container from the fridge and threw out all my food, even though I was still at the hostel.

The dorm as it is written is a megadorm of 30 places, so don't forget your earplugs. Beds are pretty noisy by any moves, there is not electric plug by them. And finally if you want to sleep more than 6am by summer take something to cover your eyes. It's like sunbathing, I got the point that it's not really common here but at least a curtain would be welcome.

O booking não explica quantas pessoas estariam no quarto maior, por isso eu acabei reservando 3 camas nele (que era o preço mais barato) e quando cheguei lá fiquei surpresa de descobrir que era um mega alojamento com 20 pessoas. Não sei se esse problema é do booking ou do próprio hostel, mas acho que seria justo colocar essa informação no título para que as pessoas possam escolher se querem ou não ficar em um alojamento tão grande. Eu reservei pensando que seria 8 ou 9 pessoas no máximo, e depois voltando nos emails que eu recebi nenhum mencionava o tamanho do alojamento o que fica bem complicado para o consumidor.
