Lo mejor la limpieza y el trato con el personal.
Son muy agradables y te ayudan un montón con lo que necesites.
El desayuno es de 10! Y barato para lo que ofrecen.
Los espacios comunes están muy limpios y la decoración me encantó.
La ubicación es perfecta, muy bien comunicada tanto por metro como tranvía y el barrio está genia para dar un paseo por sus patios interioresl.
Repetiría sin dudarlo
Lo que menos me gustó fue la cama.
Nos hospedamos en una habitación de dos con ducha y la cama no era muy cómoda, hacia mucho ruido y la almohada tampoco era muy cómoda.

The Hostel was joyful, full of nice people et good music. I enjoyed the deco, the kitchen was comfortable and the patio was nice to meet people from everywhere in the world.
Nothing, except that our beds squeaked a lot, we couldn’t move a little without it squeaking loudly…

Klare Spielregeln, die vorher kommuniziert und auch eingehalten wurden. Hilfsbereite Leute arbeiten am Empfang.
Ich habe eine Nacht gebraucht, um mich zurecht zu finden. Wenn das System verstanden ist, ist es leichter.

Das Personal war freundlich und entgegenkommend, leider aber auch überfordert.
Es war irre laut bis tief in die Nacht. Das lag an zwei Dingen: Defekte und ungeeignete Zimmer- und Badezimmertüren sowie daran dass es ein Problem mit Partymachenden Reisegruppe aus den Niederlanden gibt. Die Zimmerplanung sprach Bände: Rechts und links von mir eine niederländische Schulklasse, ich als einziger Deutscher auf dem Flur alleine, der Schlafen wollte. Das Parties in der Bar stattfinden sollen und kein Alkohol auf den Zimmern erlaubt ist, ist eine super Regel. Man sollte sie aber auch konsequent durchsetzen wenn sich die ersten beschweren, sonst bringt das nix. Für das das Theater war der Preis überteuert.

The bar is excellent, the staff friendly
We got some vulgar men in our mixed dorm, and I basically had to play guard all night, the Whispering keeping my girlfriend up till 4-5am.
No free rooms available for such a situation so that we could get out, to another dorm for example. So they have a greedy booking methodology here that does not account for conflict in rooms.
No one was watching the chat so the staff didn't come up to stop the noise after to boys had been cautioned once.
Next morning they got kicked out, but... we got left in the room with them. Got a refund for the one night olin a hotel we had to re-book. Lucky we didn't have a long booking.
Strong risk of sexual assult for mixed travellers!

The bed makes a lot of noise when you move.
There is no ventilation inside the room, the smell can get really bad if one person doesnt take care of their personal hygiene
The kitchen was not available for two days.

Loved the giant Berliner Bears space, simplicity & the clever people this hostel attracted in Mitte Berlin. Wonderful nights spent with staff, talking with Brendan a fellow American German music tour afficiando was my highlight!
Ask Brendan anything, he's very funny, fascinating life of adventures & helped bring out shy visitors stories and love of music!
Berlin let's people shine, so being in the centre of Humboldt University, German Parliament and Museum Island, made me dream of coming back to study!
Heart of Gold Team managed my stay be safe, filled with coffee & long breakfast with dark cherries yum!
Thanks to Tom, for converting my chaotic travel change at last minute!
