Facility structure. You basically need to walk through the first bedroom to reach your bedroom and shower/toilet which could be very annoying for the people in the first bedroom as there are a lot of traffic. There are a lot of beds in one room that cracks when moving and no real shielding to lessen the noises so if one turn at the end of the room you hear it at the other end

Cleanliness was my main concern. The toilets were in very bad condition. None of the WCs had handwash, which I think is the basic amenity a hostel should provide. In fact, I checked all the WCs on my floor, and none of them had handwash. Additionally, there were issues with the taps. I literally burned my hand because the taps didn’t release cold water. I tried switching to cold, but the water remained very hot. This issue was present in two WCs on the first floor. Fortunately, when I checked the third WC, the water was okay, and I was able to use it. There were also no plugs near the bed to charge phones, and the lockers were very small.

I mean you can find more comfier beds/pillows at Kit Kat and it was all pretty dirty. The kitchen lacked bowls so maybe that would be good to add as well.

Que los alemanes no tienen persianas y entraba demasiada luz, de hecho tengo amigos en Berlín y les pedí tres noches que por favor me dejaran dormir en sus casas para descansar. El local está limpio, zona común y zona para cocinarte y está genial en eso.

Badezimmer nicht so sauber.

Os travesseiros eram pessimos, nem se pode chamar de travesseiro aquilo. Cafe da manhã apenas vegano. Tirando isso, foi uma boa estadia, e voltaria me hospedar no hostel
