Heart Of Gold Hostel

As a bit of surprise there was no soap or shampoo provided in toilets/showers - as this was my first stay in hostel maybe that the standard. Breakfast was ok, but only cold food.

The bed was squeaking very loudly and ? tried very hard not to wake other while moving.

the bed was noisy when you move!!! need some fixing

It can be really crowded if you get the 38 beds room. There is no hand washing soap or gel. you have to take everything with you. there is a 10 euro deposit to stay here. it is not written anywhere. beds are old and make a lot of sound.

Rooms not soundproof at all, very loud and difficult to sleep.

Betten, fehlende Steckdosen

Etwas komisch dass das Personal größtenteils kein deutsch konnte. Für die jüngere Generation bzw. für alle mit grundlegenden Kenntnissen jedoch kein Problem/keine Barriere.

Wenig Personal. Einchecken hat zu lange gedauert.

zimmer im bundeswehr charme,bett musste man selbst beziehen…das preis/leistungsverhältnis ist einfach unverschämt überteuert

there was no soap in the toilets, the mixed dorms were not mixed, no towel was offered at checkin, bathrooms were not clean, room corners where full of dust,

The bathrooms did not have soap although they cleaned everyday

There was not power Plug near my bed and not even enough in the bedroom. Even in the entrance hall dont have enough Plugs to charge a cellphone.

Le confort des lits est vraiment à revoir, j'ai un mal de dos à cause des lattes du lit Les lits étant en fer, on entend facilement les grincements lorsque quelqu'un se déplace dans son lit Les douches sont partagées et très glissantes Le manque de pudeur, il est possible de voir les gens dormir de la cour intérieure avec les fenêtres transparentes Si je devais refaire ma réservation, je prendrais seulement une nuit dans cette hotel
