Heart Of Gold Hostel

El lugar no es muy limpio debido a que es demasiado grande y hay mucha gente. Además cuánta con solo una cocina y se complica a la hora de cocinar y de usar los elementos de cocina que son muy pocos y muchas veces hay que esperar que dejen de usar los platos o tenedores para recién ahí poder comer.

Unpeu d'aménagement dans les chambres. Peut-être une petite lampe pour ne pas déranger tout le monde quand on rentre dans la chambre la nuit. Et une prise en hauteur pour les lits du haut. Le ménage dans les salles de bains mais seulement concernant les sols ! Le reste allait très bien.

Badkamers werden niet zo vaak gecheckt en waren niet altijd schoon. Ook zouden haken voor handdoek en kleding hier een goede toevoeging zijn!

May be a bit hard to meet and talk to other people there , not much social events within the hostel itself but it's still a great hostel

Ein sichbarer Lichtschalter im Flur (Raum zwischen Treppenhaus und Zimmer hat keine Fenster sodass man sich im dunkeln zum Treppenhaus tasten musste. Keine Kuhmich für den Kaffee-Sojamilch tuts aber auch ;-)

El recibiendo de la recepción en especial el tipo de la noche .. no te hacía saber nada había que preguntarle todo … la chica de la mañana por poco nos reto porque estábamos tomando desayuno siendo que estaba incluido….ellos deberían tener informado eso y tener otra actitud una se siente incómoda con ese recibimiento.. no se si será así con todo TODOS …pero conmigo fueron re mal ! Eso ..aunque igual me gustaron sus instalaciones no así el trato de ciertas personas del personal! .

Es hat mir nur nicht gefallen, dass man statt eines Zimmers für 8 Personen mit 4 Etagenbetten in einem Zimmer für 22 Personen mit 11 Etagenbetten untergebracht war. Es war eine Überraschung. Es war etwas, es war nicht möglich zu schlafen, es ging ständig jemand herum, es wurde laut, es plauderte, die Betten knarrten. Ich habe mich gebeten, in ein Acht-Bett-Zimmer umzuziehen, was mir gesagt wurde, es ist leider nicht möglich. Fazit: Ich habe zwei Nächte nicht geschlafen.

The number of bathrooms is not sufficient, also make sure to book a 4-bed-dorm as the larger rooms did not seem to be very comfortable.

Hospitality of some staff members could improve. Some staff members were not interested and gave one word responses when asked a few queries. The showers doors in the room we stayed in had see through glass which was unusual. The floor of the Toilets and showers outside the room were dirty and could do with a mat on the floor entering the shower Had to make our beds and bring the sheets down after stay (no problem bringing the sheets down, but I felt making the bed was a bit much).
