El recibiendo de la recepción en especial el tipo de la noche .. no te hacía saber nada había que preguntarle todo … la chica de la mañana por poco nos reto porque estábamos tomando desayuno siendo que estaba incluido….ellos deberían tener informado eso y tener otra actitud una se siente incómoda con ese recibimiento.. no se si será así con todo TODOS …pero conmigo fueron re mal ! Eso ..aunque igual me gustaron sus instalaciones no así el trato de ciertas personas del personal! .

Es hat mir nur nicht gefallen, dass man statt eines Zimmers für 8 Personen mit 4 Etagenbetten in einem Zimmer für 22 Personen mit 11 Etagenbetten untergebracht war. Es war eine Überraschung. Es war etwas, es war nicht möglich zu schlafen, es ging ständig jemand herum, es wurde laut, es plauderte, die Betten knarrten. Ich habe mich gebeten, in ein Acht-Bett-Zimmer umzuziehen, was mir gesagt wurde, es ist leider nicht möglich. Fazit: Ich habe zwei Nächte nicht geschlafen.

The number of bathrooms is not sufficient, also make sure to book a 4-bed-dorm as the larger rooms did not seem to be very comfortable.

Hospitality of some staff members could improve. Some staff members were not interested and gave one word responses when asked a few queries. The showers doors in the room we stayed in had see through glass which was unusual. The floor of the Toilets and showers outside the room were dirty and could do with a mat on the floor entering the shower Had to make our beds and bring the sheets down after stay (no problem bringing the sheets down, but I felt making the bed was a bit much).

Nella camerata da 20 persone spesso c’erano uomini che russavano molto forte, essendoci un riciclo continuo di ospiti è molto facile trovare gente che russa forte. Il bagno degli uomini non ha l’asciugacapelli

0 comodidad. las camas tienen colchones casi invisibles, te dejan sábanas viejas y en mal estado, la gente en los alrededores hace ruido y no respeta a los demás; el baño que pedi como privado sólo tenia ducha y bacha pero no inodoro.

The beds and pillows, also the way u need to leave your stuff next to the fromt desk and do cash deposits.

Mucha gente en los dormitorios, camas muy incómodas que suenan con solo respirar
