There are more than enough power outlets for everyone, but not close enough to all beds.

Socket is not enough, toilet is not clean. All in all good for prices

They did not give the all bedclothes until I realized there was no bed sheet etc. , and went back to reception to ask for. The other matter is that if you are sleeping on 2nd story of the 2story bed, then there is no socket available to charge your mobile phones, powerbanks etc

Os quartos e banheiros muito sujos, no primeiro dia que dormi, amanheci cheia de picadas em todo o corpo, não sei se por percevejos ou pulgas, lençóis manchados e com aspecto de sujos. Não recomendo.

Poderia aceitar cartão para comprar as bebidas e não aceitam.

Leider dieses zimmerkarte mögte mich nicht, habe 4 geholt, Aber nei habt funktcioniert bei mir. ????

Es wäre gut, wenn die Unterkunft auch female dorms einrichten würde.

However, a couple of minor suggestions for improvement: adding hangers for coats would be helpful in the rooms, and it would be great if the windows could be opened halfway for better ventilation in the room.

Unfortunately could very loudly hear all noise from nearby rooms and other floors. People making house, running up n down the hallways giggling loudly very late at night, made it hard to sleep.

I left my stuff in the room and my things got stolen from me, make sure you use the lockers and close them well!

Hostel im Herzen Berlins, aber Kommunikation mit dem Personal nur auf Englisch möglich? - Badetücher mussten an der Rezeption angefragt und abgeholt werden. - Der Gast muss das Bett ein- und ausziehen. - Ein Bügel zum Aufhängen ... - kein Schrank - kein Tisch - Jeden Tag kam das Personal - ohne Klopfen und ungebeten - ins Zimmer! Keine Privatsphäre! - Einige Übernachtungsgäste haben KEINE NACHTRUHE eingehalten. Durchschlafen nicht möglich. - fehlende Schallisolierung - Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten / Kloschlüsseln waren teilweise ecklig, mit abgesetztem Kot ... pfui! => Für das (tägliche?) Putzen werden anscheinend keine Putzmitteln benutzt... - Die Unterkunft hat anscheinend kein Interesse Stromkosten zu sparen. Neben jeder Tür leuchtet permanent eine Wandleuchte. - Auch bei vorhandenem Tageslicht (Beleuchtung ist dann umsonst!) war das Treppenhaus beleuchtet. => Einsparmöglichkeit => billigere Übernachtung möglich.

Los aseos comunitarios de la 1era planta estaban a falta de limpieza, olían a pis.

Some of the comfort rooms are not clean, and most of the beds in our room are screeching making it a little bit difficult to sleep. But other than that, our stay was delightful!

The room was dirty. The outside temperature was -7’c. The heating system inside room didn’t work. The room was smelly and didn’t clean well.
