Easily accessible from Berlin central station 15-20 mins by foot and also close to metro and bus stops Facilities were Clean and tidy and staff were very friendly.

It was nice that coffee and tea were free.
The card key has a weak magnet, so it has to be inserted and removed more than 30 times. It's really annoying. I feel stressed every time I get neurotic.

Quartos limpos e organizados. Pode deixar a bagagem e usar as áreas comuns antes do check in e depois do check out. Cozinha bem equipada. Bem localizado.
Banheiros deixam a desejar na limpeza e é bem chato de tomar banho pois é naquele estilo que tem que ficar apertando de 10 em 10 segundos. A cozinha fecha às 10pm o que é meio complicado se você pretende chegar da rua tarde e preparar algo para comer.

There was a cup of free coffee or tea! The staff were really nice even I asked many questions. Moreover, the price was reasonable. It was awesome! I really like it! The dormitory room was so wide that there were many beds. I prefer lower beds, so it was easy to use lower bed!!
The card key of the dormitory room was difficult to use. The stuff said me ''Please tilt the card slightly and insert it like this.'' It was more difficult than I thought when I tried later by myself. I struggled 3 minutes to open the door, but it was very nice that the stuff show me how to use it! Maybe it was my bad, so I'm afraid to say, but the card key (or the card leader) should be renewed.

La ubicación, muy buena para ir caminando a los lugares turísticos. El Hostel es tranquilo y tiene variedad en el desayuno

It’s in a great location very close to town, staff were friendly and the bathroom had a heated floor which we all really enjoyed.
The beds were squeaky but it was ok for the price.

Sobre el personal, son todos muy amables y hablan español. Hay café y té gratis y no hubo ningún problema en dejar nuestro equipaje antes del check in y después del check out. Es el mejor hostal en el que he estado. Las habitaciones eran increíblemente amplias en comparación con otros hostales.

la posizione dell'hostel...!!
Lo staff incompetente e senza rispetto per i clienti..la struttura problemi ad aprire le porte d'ingresso e dopo tutto il giorno dopo mi hanno detto che la mia presenza non era gradita..... lo sconsiglio ci sono altri hostell meglio....!!!
