Buena ubicación al lado del metro. Enchufes bastantes. Te, cafe… gratis se agradece. Patio bonito y en general muy amigable y acogedor.

Location was good, beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly! The patio and the kitchen were a real nice addition to the hostel.

I really liked the atmosphere at the hostel, when I came for check-in at the evening. If you are looking for a place to meet new people or travelers, seems like this is a good option. Unfortunately, I haven't had that time, but I really liked that they have bar with beer, and small sitting area outside. The room was clean, and okey for a short stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked for a room just with women, and they tried their best. There were only me and one other girl at the room for 4 people. The location is also very good, close to train station and some popular attractions. And it felt safe during the evening.

Perfect location !!! really nice lounge, plenty of space to let early come guests rest. The security room door is kind of fun. And even kitchen is very friendly. Finally the price, I can not complaint any!!!

It is the third time I stayed at Heart of Gold. Its advantages : great location in Berlin, the helpful staff and the big dormitory room, the luggage storage before the check in and after the check out. With a big plus during this staying for the receptionists that solved promptly the issues that I had. If you don't like socializing while staying at a hostel, then the big dormitory is an excellent choice.

Die Betten waren bequem, ich habe sehr gut schlafen können. Das Hostel lag sehr zentral und war gut mit S- oder U-Bahn zu erreichen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
