The bed was horrible. Both the mattress and the pillow reeked and were stained. They gave you sheets to wrap them with, but it still felt very unhygienic. The blanket also had stains and a very unpleasant stench.

Non danno i lucchetti con gli armadietti, quindi portatevi i vostri, altrimenti li potete prendere in prestito con una cauzione di 10€ contanti. C'è anche un'altra cauzione di 10€ a testa che vi viene restituita quando riconsegnate la chiave elettronica della vostra stanza, quindi abbiate contanti con voi. Anche il phon ha una cauzione di 10€.

Guy at the e front desk was not friendly at all.

Presterei più attenzione ai letti/materassi, magari proteggendoli con coprimaterassi impermeabili perché dormire sulle macchie degli altri non mi è piaciuto molto. Io non ho apprezzato quelli in stanza con me che sono arrivati quando io dormivo già da un pezzo, ubriachi e rumorosissimi, hanno acceso tutte le luci come se fosse giorno, ecc (ma questo, ovvio, non dipende dall'ostello ma dall'educazione delle persone!)

Las habitaciones son de demasiadas personas y mixtas. El personal, o muy amable o muy antipático, dependiendo. Las almohadas estaban totalmente deshechas. Los baños descuidados y el olor horrible. Algunas sábanas también olían muy mal, solo lavan las sábanas exteriores, las mantas no.

Fast alle Zimmer sind viel zu dunkel durch Lampe ????. Das Bad ist unsauber und nicht pfleglich.

Beleuchtung am Bett im Mehrbettzimmer wäre super.

Etwas nackter Jugendherbergs-Style. Aber okay für die Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

On arrival, the man in reception who checked us in was not very friendly and did not explain things well. He asked for a€20 deposit but didn't explain what it was for. He didn't explain anything about the breakfast or the area. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy - every time you moved during the night it made a terrible squeaking noise The pillows weren't even pillows, they were sacks half filled with some sort of soft material. There weren't enough toilets for everyone on the floor. There were 6 toilets for about 10 rooms. In the mornings, there were rarely free. Not practical for so many people. It is one of the worst hostels I have stayed in. The prices are cheaper but this place barely meets people's basic needs.
