Das Frühstücksangebot war für den Preis zu wenig.

I was moved from my room after I had already made my bed and no one seemed to care. I had to get about 5 keys remade during my two night stay. Keeping a key away from phones, other cards, electronics is unreasonable. Get better key card system, and stop making your guests feel like it's our fault. *eye roll*

Jungendliche Gruppen feiern auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel bis weit nach Mittagnacht. An einen erholsamen Schlaf ist da nicht zu denken. Das Rezeptionspersonal muss die Personen darauf hinweisen und wegschicken. Das Rezeptionspersonal spricht kein Deutsch.

Gar nichts

Küche zu klein, unfreundliches Personal, Sehr alte Betten das Kissen konnte man schon fast nicht mehr als solches bezeichnen

Had to wait an hour before check in, nobody at the desk. A lot of people were waiting (which they could see), but the staff was just smoking outside. Upon checking in they told us our room did not exist. Literally! While the title of our booking said "1 room for 2 adults", they told us that doesn't exist. They even had a picture of the room with two beds in it. They didn't offer any help, yet took our money for which we got nothing in return. Had to find another place to stay very last minute.

Some of the facilities were not always clean but most of the time they were.

Can get a little noisy due to the doors and walls not being that thick. Also sheets arent changed often, so need to ask for sheets to be changed.

La cocina cierra un poco pronto para el horario argentino. Desayuno un poco caro. (10 e)

Preis viel zu teuer!

La habitacion compartida era muy ruidosa, imposible dormir con el ruido de las camas, sin persianas o cortinas con lo que habia mucha luz. Las sabanas tenian manchas. El baño estaba pegado a la habitacion y no estaba cerrado al completo con lo cual se oía todo. Pocas taquillas y muy pequeñas, no habia una taquilla por cama.

too many people in one room, some snored really loud, everytime someone moved in bed, they made noise, couldn't really sleep, they should controle people are not loud and make signs

El staff podría ser más amable. No nos dieron todas las indicaciones. - Las camas suenan mucho al moverse. - Se podría mejorar el aseo de los baños.

A cama fazia bastante barulho com qualquer movimento.

Rooms need to have air conditioning; it gets way too hot in the summer

There were no toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. There was no electrical outlet next to the beds. The hostel must emphasize to the travelers what are the etiquettes of staying in the hostel. A roommate turned on the light at 3:00 AM and was busy with his work.
