Die Lage ist sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist extremst freundlich!

Die Lage war sehr praktisch und insgesamt gite Preisleistung.

Location

Es handelt sich um ein Hostel, man weiß also, worauf man sich einstellen muss. Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbäder waren sauber. Dafür, wie sich einige Gäste "benehmen", was Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten betrifft, kann das Hostel nichts. Es wird auf jeden Fall versucht, alles in Ordnung zu halten. Das Zimmer war schlicht, zum Schlafen reichte es allemal aus. Das Frühstück war gut, es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das durchweg englisch sprechende Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Hostel gefällt uns vor allem die tolle Lage in der Nähe der Friedrichstraße. Auch der Preis ist gut. Wir haben wieder dort gebucht:-)

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr international aufgestellt

also das Zimmer welches wir bekommen haben sah viel besser aus als auf den Bildern (also viel moderner und und auch ansprechender). Das Badezimmer war wirklich schön, sauber und auch geräumig und die Dusche hatte einen guten Wasserdruck und war schön heiß. Lage war zwar "etwas" weiter weg vom Hauptbahnhof (ca. 20 min zu Fuß) was vielleicht etwas anstrengend ist mit den Kofferns aber ansonsten war die Lage wirklich genial (auch mit den Restaurants/Bars und Supermarkt in der Nähe).

Ottima posizione centrale a Berlino! Consiglio se si ha voglia di visitare il più possibile la città comodamente senza pretendere troppo dalla camera. Essenziale.

Pésimo, las camas son de los años 70, elásticos que crujen y no te puedes mover sin hacer ruidos, colchones muy finitos, la atención del personal, es poco amable, están en la suya!! Sobre todo el que nos toco cuando llegamos, muy poco hospitalario pesar que era Argentino, de nuestro país! Y las leyes de convivencia no aplican, algo sucio! Espero puedan mejorar! ????

A perfect location. As the name itself says 'heart...' so it is.

Posizione davvero strategica per il centro di Berlino. Colazione niente di eccezionale, ma era inclusa nel prezzo e quindi comunque soddisfacente. Struttura nel complesso pulita e personale molto simpatico.

The hostel is located very close to the centre and the train station. Inside hostel there is a patio and a open bar that is very cheap and comfortable to chill at. The rooms are not that small and you can lock your belongings inside a locker. There is hot water, towels are provided for free. Also there is free tea and coffee at any time.

The hostel is in a great location and looks really nice. The atmosphere is pleasant and the rooms are really decent.
