Number of beda in the room was not specified at the time of booking. There were 22 beds in one room! This is unacceptable.

Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht. Für ein Einzelzimmer für zwei Nächte am Wochenende habe ich 204 Euro bezahlt. Abzocke. Dafür habe ich ein unfreundliches Personal bekommen, das teilweise kein Deutsch spricht, ein Metallbett, das ich selbst beziehen musste, eine nicht einladende Lobby bzw. Bar bzw. Aufenthaltsraum, links vor dem Eingang lag viel Gepäck herum. Gibt es keinen separaten Raum für das Gepäck? Diebstahlgefahr sehr groß. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war nur lauwarm. Und das schlechteste von allem waren die Sanitärräume, eklige und verpisste Toiletten, die Duschwände waren schmutzig. Die Duschen und Toiletten waren nicht für Frauen und Männer getrennt. Nachts hört man das Zuschlagen der Türen und zu guter letzt morgens um vier laute und betrunkene Mädchen auf dem Flur.

I booked for a bunk bed in a mixed dormitory room. A lot of noise made by people who were going in and out during the night. I was prepared by using my sleep earplugs. The bed was uncomfortable and very squeeky when turning. The toilet and the bathroom were a bit unhygienic. Somehow the toilets were smelling. The € 10 deposit for the key card was in my opinion unnecessary. My card key didn't work well and I had problems opening the door. Luckily it was replaced.

The handwash never refilled. Highly priced. The faucet in the toilet was so stiff.

Liked if they rooms had more living room facilities. But this is a personal preference.

I stayed at this hostel for one night and found the lack of initial information frustrating. Upon check-in, we were only given the keys and room number. There were no towels in the room, and we had to request them separately. Additionally, the room lockers didn't have padlocks, and we had to deposit 10 euros to get one. It would have been much more convenient if the staff had provided this information upfront, saving us multiple trips to the reception.

I didn't realize that I had booked a mega dorm, but this price is crazy for a mega dorm with squeaky beds.

There was no shampoo or shower gel in bathrooms, pillow was undefinable,

Bathrooms are individual, together with the shower and smell to pee. They should hire profesional cleanera (now they are not) for the bathrooms and clean them more often.

Commodities are just ok, meant for short visit to Berlin. For some reason beds are incredibly noisy.

Bar was completely empty on a Friday night (1130-130ish)
