La atención del personal. Reserve por 3 noches y tuve que hacer check in y check out todos los días porque no tenían disponibilidad en la habitación que había reservado. Cuando les dije que el problema de disponibilidad no era mi responsabilidad y que ellos deberían garantizarle a los huéspedes que puedan permanecer en la misma habitación, el chico de recepción me dijo que eso no era responsabilidad de ellos ???? Un desastre de organización, no volvería!

The room was very large but there were no practical things like a few more chairs or a light or shelf at the beds. Also, this time it looked like the rooms were not very thoroughly cleaned. Room was pretty warm and opening the window was prohibited.

At night you can clearly hear the doors in the neighboring rooms closing. The room itself is really missing at least one table.

There was no socket near my bed. There was no bed light. The beds were very noisy with every easy move.

Falta una limpieza general en los baños. Mucho moho. Puedes encontrar ropa interior de otros huéspedes en los baños.

Would prefer free breakfast, the breakfast is overpriced for the food available

Los baños podrían haber estado un poco más limpios. No hay enchufes en las camas.

20 Betten in einem Zimmer ist einfach zu viel, ich konnte nicht schlafen, bin deswegen früher abgereist Tod müde.

Que no hubiera un horario específico en el cuál los huéspedes puedan coordinar y sepan hasta o cuando tener las luces encendidas. Que lleguen pax tarde por la noche y no se les indique qué camas pueden utilizar, porque entran, miran (luces apagadas) y vuelven a la recepción, es más una recomendación para que los pax vayan directamente a una cama y puedan descansar todos tranquilamente.

There are big halls with lot of beds so I woke up many times at night because after midnight lot of people's was talking and walking around. And also with the breakfast they could have added more things. Like pancakes and there was no coffee machine was talking coffee manually. And fruit they provided wasn't in really good shape specially apples and also pillow was very poor condition.

Key cards need change. A lot of us had difficulty accessing the dorm every other time we tried, as the card reader couldn’t read the key card. Other than this, no critique.
